1862f701a5 Fix modify_unit removing units for the time of processing.
If the tag is used to modify the type= of several units at once,
it looks better to not kill the old units until the modified one
gets unstored, so that units don't disappear for the time of processing.

8bdf59969f Make wmllint id checks respect comma-separated lists of ids.
Another bug which I found due to the previous fix. I had added that
feature in the engine's SUF some time after the check in wmllint did
already no longer work.

6b45146d62 Fix leading whitespace being ignored when searching for subtag start.
Reenables the check for "unknown xy referred to by id".

(It's not clear to me what the purpose of the subtag_depth variable is
though.)

5d1c3d227b Make wmllint ignore embedded lua. There's no bug report for this.
Apparently it didn't already, it just didn't break so far, but the lua
I added in Hornshark let it choke.

wmllint ignores lines with << until a line with >> now (start and
end lines included).

18b67149a9 Added unit sets for the "not a default faction" case composed by Doc Paterson.
If any faction is not one of the default factions (e.g. Khalifate)
it gets these units now instead of both factions getting no units
at all. If the other faction is a default one it still gets the set
composed for it in particular in the same game.

f1a2eb07d1 Fix wmlindent writing CRLF end of lines on windows.
Its documentation says it converts to LF. Also, my wesnoth+windows
experience says it is best to use always only LF no matter what OS.
For WML at least. And I dont wanna convert back each time.

478db11354 implement better faction detection (bug #19281)
Whenever default era is used the units should be placed for sure now,

this was IMHO not guaranteed since the recruits are internally a std::set,

so the first entry can change.

In case that one or both of the players have another faction than the
ones in the default era, none of the players gets the extra units.
Support for Khalifate can and should IMHO be added (given a suggested
set of units + locations).

3854085e4f Use 1.8 images for swamp water, fixes bug #18601
Animation for water was removed and the 1.8 images have more detail
than a frame of the 1.9 ones

Also restores old variety in appearance due to flowers, etc.
