b26495ae50 LoW::16: Disabled income from the villages for the player.
Disabled recalling units for the player.

Set the player's base income to 0, but this doesn't work.

Disabled the early finishing bonus.

9811794d61 AI attributes "simple_targeting" and "scout_village_targeting"...
...were not spelled consistently, and the engine spelling was
wrong. Fix this, by teaching wmllint to fix it.  The wiki will be
updated simultaneously with this commit,

39abdc314b Per Kitty's and Dave's request, the Great Continent (central) map...
...is now the only titlescreen background again.

The old titlescreen files were moved into story/ and renamed as well;
wmllint has been updated to update existing content due to these
changes. Fixed mainline WML referencing those files, and added a release
note along with a quiet changelog entry.

f2b40ee356 Address bug #12994 (Inappropriate message timing in LoW: Battle of the Book)
by suppressing Olurf's last line of dialogue if the troll leader is
still alive.

f083a7296e Since the three Santis never did any maintenance to LoW...
...in mainline and they will never do anyway, removed them from
"Campaign Maintenance" and updated their "Creator and Lead Designer"
(should be Designers... but that breaks stringfreeze)
entry/entries/whatever.

986b38082a * New image-path function, ~SCALE(W,H), which scales an image...
...down or up accordingly. Skipped, zero or negative parameters are
assumed to be the image's original dimension in that direction.

* Adapted the _main.cfg of EI, LoW and SotBE to take advantage of this,

* by scaling down their high-res splash graphics to 205x205.

Note that ~CROP() and ~FL() take precendence (in that order) over
~SCALE() to try to cover the generic use case. Ideally the image-path
mechanism should be changed to obey the WML coder's will and the order
of appearance from left to right. It's probably best to postpone this
for 1.7 because it may break some WML that works on the assumption that
the current inflexible behavior is not changed. Obviously the original
author of this system did not predict that geometric modifications would
be eventually exposed to WML.

I cannot blame them for that. :-)

c9c82e8f6a Uncomment a [/event] that is essential for LoW::7 to not break the campaign.
Someone commented it accidentally, leaving us with a "missing closing
tag" error.
