The first run of the 2019 jobs will fail, since that run will be used to build and cache the vcpkg dependencies - there's no way to get enough time to build wesnoth and build the dependencies in a single job.
* SoF S1 - New map
* SoF S2 - make sure the two starting leaders do not face away from each other while talking

Commit 702a98d accidentally put the campaign size on its own line. This commit
prints the complete log message only if the campaign is actually sent out.
No changes in program logic. Just an early return added to reduce indentation.
