43fb7e53ad refinements to the auto-color water variations.
Note this is probably a speed regression due to previously disabled
animations being re-enabled.

2bb50e539b Added two new macros to internal-generic.cfg...
...for creating IPF-capable animated water terrains and transitions,
changed all water transitions to use them and added two new
colour-shifted water variant terrains.

09b4fe022d Add "Save All Maps" in editor "File" menu and a new hotkey

Quickly show all maps when saving, not wanted but provide some UI

19b055afec Any Castle or Keep except Dwarvish can now be combined...
...without large gaps or extra walls.  Of course the graphics often
don't fit next to each other very well, but if it's a failure, it's a
much more graceful failure than we used to have.

a5a52237a4 Altered terrain WML so that encampments...
...can be freely mixed with all human and elvish castles.  Also fixed
some issued with the base transitions of swamp and sunken
castles. Don't really know how i did it.

060a150a6c Allowed the chasm bridges to be placed on any terrain,
...removed the lava chasm bridge terrains and made the chasm bridges
simply use the lit-by-lava images when placed on top of lava.

c7ee3061a2 Remove tiny negative height for water hexes.
This was barely visible and looked silly for big unit north of land
(feet sometimes visible there)

But the main reason is that this helps perfomance by keeping unit in their hex.

PS: I will maybe reactivate this later with another implementation of
the submerge effect

eb00715589 Optimize water animation by temporary disabling...
...animation of water transitions

(they assumed synchronized animation and also updated 7 hexes instead of 1)

No significant visual difference because transition are transparent
and the underlying main water tile is still animated. But it gives a
nice fps boost (on map using water transitions).
