Added new macros FRAME_ON_POISON (the same as FRAME_ON_SLOW)
...
and more importantly, HIT_MISS_SOUNDS, which is a rather convenient
way of writing hit and miss sound variations. Orcish Assassin serves
as an example of how to use both.
