fe74153ebf Bump TRoW to Expert level...
My main playtester convincingly argues that many scenarios are rather
tricky, and that overall this is a bit more difficult than SotBE or
DiD.

removed sazanami-gothic.ttf and wqy-zenhei-gb2312.ttf since they are
now obsolete

c9a63e9f0f The message dialog no longer uses a magic value.
Before the width offset of the map was hardcoded, now it uses the actual
map size so the magic value is no longer needed.

Disabled recalling units for the player.

Set the player's base income to 0, but this doesn't work.

Disabled the early finishing bonus.

1cfc88e60e New music track, "Siege of Laurelmor", from Doug Kaufman (44.1 KHz, Q6).
Wired into macros/sound-utils.cfg . Mainline campaign maintainers are
encouraged to listen to this track and use it as they see fit.
