...per Eleazar's suggestion" This reverts commit 2010-11-02T01:30:00Z!shadowm@wesnoth.org. There's one problem with GUI2 that needs to be fixed first, which is also why there's no blurring in the titlescreen panels yet. I should've noticed earlier.
