Ignacio R. Morelle a13d2ceca7 New logic for the GUI2 Unit Create dialog.
Now memory corruption is gone and unit_type pointers are avoided at
all costs. Basic functionality is ready, although it would be good to
disable the Male/Female checkboxes as appropriate for every list
entry. Next step is adding a unit type preview area here.

the modifiable form that the author chooses to ship us for the source tree.
