Eric S. Raymond e7da4bc2a7 Avoid some image name collisions that don't confuse the WML interpreter, but... 
do confuse the new, simpler visibility rules in macroscope.  This is worth 
doing in order to make the macroscope report from mainline clean so that
when it enits any warnings we know there has been some sort of regression.
